Faith Cycle Ministries - Board of Directors

Michael is currently working with this ministry full time. After working for manufacturing/production companies for over 20 years, Michael is following the call to ministry. Michael has served in many roles in the manufacturing world, such as Vice-President of Operations, Director, Plant Manager and the list goes on. During a recent layoff, he has been able to listen to God, and through much prayer, he met with the other members of the team and together started this ministry. Michael, wife Deb, and their two boys, David and Daniel, are currently going to Calvary Baptist Church in Bristol Pa, where Michael is involved in several of the youth ministries. Michael's life verse is "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth." Psalm 46:10

Bryan Todd - Executive Vice President of Spiritual Development, Vice Chairman.

Bryan is the Senior Pastor of Burlington Church of the Nazarene. He and his wife Kerri have served together at Burlington since 1993. Bryan and Kerri have four children. Bryan loves to use the art of the parable: taking the simple, everyday stories of life to spot out the Holy, Sacred, and Divine in the midst of the ordinary. He is passionate about inspiring people to live like Christ and thoroughly enjoys coming along side people at every point of their journey and helping them discover their next step.

Thom Garrett - Executive Vice President of Leadership Development, Member of the Board.

Thom Garrett has been involved in church leadership for many years. He and his family recently helped plant a multi-cultural church in the Northern Virginia area, Eternal Grace Bible Church. Thom currently works for Innovative Defense Techonologies. He received a B.S. in Mathematics/Computer Science from Virginia Commonwealth University and a M.S. in Information Systems from The University of San Francisco. Thom's life verse is 1 Sam. 2:30b
"... Those who honor Me, I will honor..". He enjoys being with his family.

Josh Edwards - Executive Vice President of Teen Ministries, Member of the Board.

Josh is presently serving full-time as the Pastor for youth at Calvary Baptist Church
in Bristol Pa. He accepted this position after working 4 years at Philadelphia
Biblical University. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Bible, and a Master's in
Organizational Leadership. Josh and his wife Katie enjoy spending time together,
and with their daughter Isabelle. Josh has worked with youth for the past 8 years,
and loves God, his wife (obviously) and football. Josh's life verse is Psalm 119:9
"How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your word."
(English Standard Version).

Rebekah is currently a stay at home mom with her two children, Brooke & Bryce. She has been married to her husband, Ben, for seven years. Rebekah previously worked in the banking industry for the last seven years, but then was called to serve the Lord full time. She attends Glenview Missionary Alliance Church in southern PA, where she currently resides. She has started an online ministry through webloging and was so excited when asked to do Faith Cycle Ministries devotions. Her life verse is: John 15:4 (NIV) Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.

Lance lives in Southern Indiana with his wife and teenage son. He is employed full time in the marketing department of a security products manufacturer. He served in the US Navy in the 1980s and in the past has taught electronics, math, physics, hydraulics, and other courses at two small colleges. Current responsibilities include technical and ad writing, corporate training, and website supervision and management. Lance came into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ at age 11. He was raised in a Baptist denomination church and currently is a member of a local Baptist church, though he says it only matters who the heart belongs too - not the membership roll.
