A Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation
(Ephesians 1)

(SHARP): Explain Spirit, Heart, Soul, Brain and Body using visual.
Point of View: Your spirit by the Holy Spirit may be filled with God’s wisdom and understanding.
Action Step: You must use your faith to believe the Lord to begin and complete this growth process.
Benefit: The wisdom and understanding of God will manifest in your life.

Key Point 1: Spirit of Wisdom and Understanding.  (Ephesians 1:15-17)

Subpoint 1.1: NAS 1 Corinthians 2:12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things freely given to us by God,

Subpoint 1.2: NAS John 16:13 "But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come.

Subpoint 1.3: NAS 1 John 2:27 And as for you, the anointing which you received from Him abides in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you; but as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you abide in Him.

Key Point 2: The eyes of our hearts being permanently enlightened that we might know:  (Ephesians 1:18-23)

Subpoint 2.1: The hope of our calling - NAS Colossians 1:27 to whom God willed to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

Subpoint 2.2: What is the wealth of the Glory of His inheritance in the saints - NAS 2 Corinthians 4:6 For God, who said, "Light shall shine out of darkness," is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. 7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the surpassing greatness of the power may be of God and not from ourselves;

Subpoint 2.3: What is the superabounding greatness of His inherent power to us who are believing ones - NAS Romans 6:4 Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, in order that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life.

Key Point 3: And you…were made alive together with Christ!  (Ephesians 2:1,5)

Subpoint 3.1: For your past - NAS 2 Corinthians 5:21 He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Subpoint 3.2: For your present - NAS 2 Corinthians 4:16 Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day. 17 For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison,

Subpoint 3.3: For your future – NAS 1 John 3:2 Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we shall be. We know that, when He appears, we shall be like Him, because we shall see Him just as He is. 3 And everyone who has this hope fixed on Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.

Point of View: Your spirit by the Holy Spirit may be filled with God’s wisdom and understanding.
Action Step: You must use your faith to believe the Lord to begin and complete this growth process.
