        Day 32             Read: Matthew 6:5—15

         The road that leads to life is the road of Prayer.

              You can’t obey the will of God
              You can’t do the works of God

                  unless you are walking the road of
                  Prayer.

       When Jesus made you a Christian, He placed you
         on that road.

             “Hitherto ye have asked nothing in my
             name. Ask and ye shall receive that
             your joy may be full.”

         The bolder and more confident you become in
         prayer, the more mighty will be your walk in the
         world.

             BUT REMEMBER, the road is narrow----
                  if you become prayerless,
                     you will fall in the ditch with
                     the spiritually dead.

                  if your prayers become windy and vain,
                     you’re in the ditch with the
                     hypocrites.

       If you want to stay on the road, LIVE THE WAY YOU
         PRAY.

             Show your brother the same mercy God
             gives you in prayer.

             Forgive your brother as you ask forgive-
             ness of God.

             Give to your brother even as you desire
             God to give to you when you ask Him.
