Day 21            Read: Luke 12:13-34
         
         God is not interested in appearances.
         
         He doesn’t care how other people may be impressed
          by what they think they see in you.
         
         He is looking for fruit
         
                 ...fruit that will abide the
                    trial of fire which will be
                    applied to every man’s work.
         
        Any way you look at it, fruit cannot come
 
             until the seed yields itself to         
             the earth
         
             or until the branch yields itself
             to the vine (which is growing out
             of what was once its grave)
         
         The covetous man lives to cover his nakedness
         with appearances.
         
         The godly man dies to covetousness and rises to
         bear fruit to God’s glory.
         
             Are you willing to lose yourself in
             Him?
         
             Are you willing to let the lightening
             power of the Living God slay every
             covetous trace that remains in you?
         
         ........then out of communion with His
                 death, you will receive the gift
                 of His supernatural Life.
